You'll be less than a mile (downhill) from the beach on Moosehead Lake, which is perfect for an afternoon of water activities and a picnic lunch with the family. Hikers can explore the neighboring mountains and parts of the Appalachian Trail, and boaters and walkers will find much to love in Lily Bay State Park immediately north. Winter also brings opportunities for cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing.
