We would like to inform you that until December 2025, the facility is undergoing construction works that may cause noise. Dear Residents, Please be advised that a mandatory inspection of the fire alarm system (SSP) is scheduled for 13–15 May this year. The inspection is intended to check the public-access equipment and will not require any entry into the apartments. The work will involve the full activation of all audible alarms and the conduct of a trial evacuation of all guests from the building. We ask for your heightened attention during these days and your full cooperation to ensure the process runs smoothly and safely.
