This is a Colonial home built in 1928 close to downtown that was converted into 3 SEPERATE PRIVATE APARTMENTS. The only shared area is the front porch, but you have your own sitting area, in front of your own front door. This apt is about 600 sq ft which is about the size of a 2 car garage. Its a perfect place to stay. Easy access to I 95 North & South, so convenient to Savannah & Jacksonville (approx 1 hour each way). I provide a weekly & big monthly discount! The home is located in the Brunswick Historic District near the waterfront, marina, restaurants, & events held downtown. Nice cozy porch with shade cloths & chairs. I also have a larger 2 bedroom, 1 ba apt upstairs that can accommodate 4 comfortably in 2 queen beds. Might be possible to rent both units at the same time for family get togethers. All utilities & high speed wireless internet are included, & a 42" smart tv with voice remote & streaming services. you can bring a small Smart TV to put in the bedroom if you want. Your about 15 minutes to St Simons Islands beaches & about 20 minutes to Jekyll beaches. Downtown is about 6 blocks, & your 2 blocks from "The Yellow Deli"! The apt has a well equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven air fryer, coffee pot, ect. The bath is small but has a full tub w/shower. There's a nice living room with a comfy blue jean couch w/pull out bed. Apt is decorated in a coastal theme, & has nice Colonial features! Washer & dryer included as well! There is 5 concrete steps to get onto porch, then inside there is a couple 3" or less step ups or downs accessing rooms. Its not a totally flat surface area. ***This is a "pet friendly" rental. READ PET POLICY! I cant host dogs that are constant barkers because they may disturb other guests. This is a multi family "older" home so noise must be kept to a minimum. Guests have said its a nice quiet place over all. *** PET POLICY: I do require several things if your bringing one, & non compliance can cost you extra $$$. **Possible "QUIET" pet allowed, BUT: $40 pet fee, limit 2, paid upfront & YOU MUST NOTIFY ME what kind & how many. Dog CANNOT be a meanie/barker/whiner/destroyer or it will disturb other guests. NO PUPPIES or OLDER PETS UNLESS QUIET & FULLY HOUSE TRAINED. Must be on leash outside & on continuous flea treatment. *Clean up after your pet "mess" outside & dog hair ect inside *Yard is small & isnt fenced, but theres a park across the street. *YOU MUST Bring min 2 sheets to cover couch & bed if your pet likes to get on or rub on furniture. Take home to wash. Guest access Your front porch sitting area, your unit, front & side yards. Park on street in front of house in direction of traffic on either side. Other things to note This is a small apartment thats suitable for up to 4 guests total. Theres makeup remover facial cloths for removing makeup that may permanently stain my white wash cloths. Theres a wifi door lock on outside of front door, deadbolt, & a chain on inside. Theres motion detector lights on outside porch. If you need more room I have a 2br unit upstairs that can be rented as well & it sleeps up to 4! Doggy/baby gate in closet behind washer.
