Duplex Home + Solarium & Jacuzzi near Taormina

A large loft apartment with two bathrooms. Characteristically furnished, renovated to have every comfort and make you live a very special Sicilian experience. An outdoor location where you can have breakfast with a breathtaking view. By booking the Home duplex, our guests will also have exclusive use of one of the JACUZZIS in our sea view solarium area. The space The Duplex Home is located to the side of the main body of the farmhouse. It is accessed from a side staircase where there is a clearing right in front of the entrance to the accommodation, with an outdoor breakfast/lunch/dinner station with a breathtaking view. Crossing the entrance door, you enter directly into a large and very cool kitchen with a dining area where there is also a sofa bed; also on the ground floor, we find a bathroom with a hydromassage shower and chromotherapy; the sleeping area is a loft and has two beds in the lower part of the loft, while above the loft there is a double bed + a small bathroom with a shower. Our guests can also freely use the large courtyard in the common area. Exclusive use of one of the jacuzzis in the solarium area with reserved deck chairs Guest access In the farmhouse, there is a laundry area with a washing machine/laundry basket (for common use, made available to the 5 dwellings of the building). You can use the washing machine once a day according to the shift booked in the on-site agenda - detergents not provided. The Jacuzzi area is accessible from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Other things to note We are located in a hilly area, close to the village and the beach (1.3 km); we highly recommend renting a vehicle/bringing your own vehicle (scooter/car) to move around freely and enjoy your vacation to the fullest.
