Note that ongoing exterior renovations are taking place at our building. These renovations are aimed at enhancing both the beauty and safety of our building and are scheduled to continue until February 2024. Our apartment will remain open and fully accessible during the construction period, but for safety reasons, the balcony will not be accessible temporarily. The swimming pool, parking lot, and all other facilities within our complex will remain open for your enjoyment throughout the renovation period. The construction work takes place Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM and can be noisy at times. ------- The condo itself is spacious and well laid out with 2 bedrooms/bathrooms and the living room in between which provides lots of privacy. The condo is located on the third and last floor of a walkup building (no elevator) inside the Avalon at Clearwater, a quiet gated community and features club house, heated pool, gym and free parking. It Includes free 100 Mbps Wi-Fi, as well as TV service with channels. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and a Samsung Smart TV. Furthermore, it offers direct access to the balcony and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two double-sized beds, perfect for the children or friends, as well as a shower in the bathroom In the living room, you can find two sofas, one of which is a queen-sized bed pullout, another Samsung Smart TV and the door to the balcony. The condo is close to groceries and other amenities and a short drive to downtown Clearwater and the beach. For your trip to the beach: beach towels, beach umbrella, portable chairs and cooler are also available for guests use. It has a huge resort style pool that is great for families. The fitness room is open 24/7. The complex provides a club house with a TV and kitchen for relaxation when at the pool. It is located across from a shopping center that includes a supermarket and other amenities. Restaurants like Abe's, are within walking distance. The complex is only 3 miles away from beautiful Clearwater Beach which has been consistently and constantly rated as one of the Best Beaches in America. It is conveniently close to Tampa, Dunedin, St. Petersburg and Tarpon Springs, areas of Florida which have lots of attractions and history. Guests enjoy long sunny days at the beautiful beaches or by the heated pool. They can also take a 90 minute drive to the Orlando Theme Parks like Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World. FREE parking is on the premises. It’s always best to have your own or rental car but you may also UBER, safe and reliable. There is bus service just outside of the gate and it is a lovely 25 minute bicycle ride. We provide a small starter supply of disposable household necessities for your stay: shampoo, body wash, hand soap, dishwasher pod (detergent), laundry detergent pod, paper towels, toilet paper. We also provide pack' n play and high chair. Trail for those who enjoy walking, running and biking. Also you can enjoy water sports, fishing, boating, jet ski rentals, skydive, cruise, dolphins watch and explore the many opportunities.
