This semi-detached house is divided into a ground floor and a first floor, with a terrace and a large balcony. It is surrounded by a garden, next to the pool, and just a few meters from the beach. It has three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with two beds per room. It has a toilet and a full bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen and living room have a very comfortable sofa and a dining table. The terrace also has a table and garden chairs for enjoying meals al fresco. There are sun loungers in the garden and around the pool area. There is a barbecue right in front of the house. It has a garage and a parking space for a second car. The house is in very good condition and well-maintained, with its bathroom and toilet completely renovated. The entire grounds are fenced off from the outside, protecting the privacy and relaxation of our guests. If you're looking for tranquility, this is the place for you. You can relax on the terrace, have a glass of wine, read a good book, and only hear the birds and the sound of the sea in the background, both in high and low season. You can take a stroll in the area, walk along the pedestrianized coastal path to L'Escala, to enjoy the scenery and the coast, car-free. If you're a traveler who loves water sports, the entire beach is at your disposal, with a school for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and paddleboarding. The path that runs in front of the beach is the most popular with joggers. We offer bicycle rentals, both touring and mountain biking, so you can get around the area. The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances: refrigerator, freezer, toaster, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, gas stove, and microwave. It has all the necessary utensils: cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, pans, pots, etc. It also has a 40" LED TV. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, in the gardens, and around the pool. The pool is shared, but very quiet, and uncrowded. Towels are not included in the rental price; they can be rented upon arrival.
