Our block is mostly occupied by a school and a post office, so there are few houses nearby, which keeps the area quiet and low-traffic. While some neighboring neighborhoods aren't the nicest, our area is safe, with a crime level of 2 according to realtor dot com, the lowest in the city. ✌️ Nearby, you'll also find grocery stores for your convenience. ✌️ Who can book ✌️ Most of our guests are short-term travelers visiting the city, ✌️ but we also welcome those looking to stay for an extended period, such as the whole summer. ✌️ Extended stay guests typically stay in room two, offering a more comfortable setup for longer visits. Whether you're a traveler, in town for work, ✌️ business, or any other reason, we’re happy to accommodate your stay. The most important thing is good vibes only—so as long as you're cool with everybody and can respect the shared space. ✌️Shared space isn’t for everyone, so please make sure you're comfortable with a communal environment. Co-host We have an on-site co-host, Kai, who is there most of the time to assist with check-ins and ensure everything runs smoothly. ✌️ If Kai isn't physically present, he’s always available on his cell phone to help with any questions or issues at any time. By respecting the space and the people around you, we can maintain a comfortable, welcoming environment for all guests. ✌️ Cleaning ✌️ To maintain a harmonious balance within our shared living spaces, we ask that all guests clean up after themselves and avoid leaving messes in the common areas. ✌️The cleaner comes daily at 11 AM, seven days a week, ✌️ to ensure the bathroom and common areas are thoroughly cleaned. While we strive to keep everything tidy, please note that as this is a shared listing, occasional messes can happen, ✌️ and we rely on all guests to respect others by keeping the space clean. If something is out of place or needs attention before the daily cleaning, just talk to the co-host, who is always available to help. ✌️ If you're looking for a space that is always perfectly spotless, this might not be the right fit, but rest assured, everything will be cleaned by 11 AM the following day. ✌️Your cooperation in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere is greatly appreciated. Check-in ✌️ Check-ins are at 4 p.m. every day. However, we're always trying to accommodate and make guests comfortable. ✌️ If you need to arrive earlier, as long as it's after 11 a.m., you're welcome to relax in the common areas like the living room or dining room until your bed is ready and made up. ✌️ Our goal is to ensure that your stay is as smooth and enjoyable as possible, and we're happy to be flexible when we can. ✌️ Check out For checkout, there's no need to worry about any special tasks—just take your belongings and open the curtains on your bed so the co-host knows you've checked out. ✌️ Checkout time is at 11 a.m., and it's really important that everyone who's leaving that day is checked out by then. ✌️ This ensures the cleaner has enough time to get everything ready for the next guests. ✌️ We appreciate your cooperation in sticking to this time to help things run smoothly. Transportation✌️ We're conveniently located just three blocks away from the Church Street Station on the Market-Frankford Line, making it easy to get around the city. In addition to the train, there are plenty of buses nearby, ✌️offering multiple options for public transportation. Whether you're heading downtown or exploring other parts of the city, you'll find it easy to navigate from our location. ✌️ Parking ✌️ Parking is all free street parking, and there’s plenty of it available nearby. I’ve personally never had an issue finding a spot close to the house. When you book, we’ll send you a map of all the best parking spots in the area to make things even easier for you. You should have no trouble finding convenient parking during your stay. ✌️ Things to Bring ✌️ Door codes For your stay, please make sure you have the check-in information we sent, including the door codes.
