A lovely one-bedroom fully renovated apartment, with new furniture, appliances, and a large veranda at the front where you can lay on the provided sunbed for some tanning. The property is situated on a quiet road and you will have private access right from the sidewalk. The first thing you will notice is the spacious veranda, which features a table, enough chairs for all the people staying at the property, and a sunbed where you can lay on and busk in the hot Cypriot sun and achieve the skin color you dream of. Once you step through the doorstep, on your left you will find a fully renovated kitchen, equipped with enough silverware, dishes, glasses, and enough cooking utensils to prepare your favorite food. In the same room, you will find the living room, which features a large sofa bed that can sleep, two additional people. In here you will also dining table where you can enjoy the meals that you have prepared and a smart flat-screen TV. The bedroom features two comfortable single beds that you can freely bring together and convert into a double bed and a spacious wardrobe where you can store all your clothing inside. The bathroom features high-quality ceramics, and in there you will find a shower, sink, and toilet. Guest access Our guests will have the whole apartment at their disposal, there is also private parking. - Free WiFi. - Smart TV - 2 Single Beds. (can put together to form one double bed) - Private Veranda, tables, chairs & sunbed. - Private Parking - Air conditioning - Fully Equipped Kitchen - Iron and Board - Fridge-Freezer Other things to note GUEST REGISTRATION & RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNING: All guests must complete our online registration form, sign the rental agreement, and provide identification. This is a requirement outlined in our management agreement with the property owner. The process takes just 1 minute to complete. Our data handling aligns with the 7 principles of the GDPR and is deleted from our system within 7 days after your checkout. This process is mandatory by the Hotels & Tourism Establishments law KΔΤΙ 192/85, Καν. 10 & 64 (1) & (2) and you are required to complete the form to receive the key collection information prior to your arrival. THIS IS A SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION, we are not a Hotel. We provide only starters and guests are responsible to restock any items and purchase everything that they will require during their stay. Edible items (oil, salt, pepper) and cleaning products are not provided. We provide linen and towels based on the number of people that have booked the accommodation. PROPERTY GUEST AREA Within 24 hours of your booking you will receive the Guest Area link with all the important information about the property. We strongly suggest using the property app before your arrival as well as during your stay as it includes important information such as directions and address, parking, wifi codes, facilities, things to do, etc. Before you contact us with any questions during your stay please check first if you can’t find an answer in our guest area - most likely the answer will be there! EXTRA SERVICES & REQUESTS • If your reservation is 10 nights or longer, you can request an extra set of bed sheets and towels per guest at no charge. For reservations shorter than 10 nights, you can still request bed sheets and towels, but there will be an additional fee. Expect delivery within one day. Please note that to receive any items, you must request them from our staff or through the guest area. Guests are responsible for changing the bed sheets themselves as needed. • EXTRA Housekeeping Services, including daily services, are available on request at an additional cost. • Baby cots and high chairs can be provided for our little guests. Only upon request and for an extra charge of €30/stay for Baby Cot and €10/stay for High Chair • Airport transportation is available upon request and at extra cost. FOR SMART TV WITH NO CHANNELS: Our listing includes a smart TV, but it does not have satellite channels. However, feel free to browse the web, watch YouTube, or log in to your Netflix account. FOR CARDS: Upon check-in, you will receive an energy-saving card attached to your apartment key. Please remember to remove it from the card holder when you leave the apartment. FOR KEYS: Upon check-in, you will receive ONLY ONE apartment key. We kindly ask that you store it in the key box whenever you go out to prevent it from being misplaced and to ensure it remains accessible to all members of your group. ELECTRICITY IMPORTANT - Energy Efficiency and Sustainability Notice: We are committed to promoting efficient energy use in our community to support sustainability and provide a comfortable stay. Please note the following electricity usage limits: * Studio or 1 Bedroom Apartment: 130 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 18.5 KWH. * 2 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 150 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 21.4 KWH. * 3 Bedroom Apartment or villa without pool: 170 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 24.2 KWH. * 2 Bedroom Villa with pool: 220 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 31.4 KWH. * 3 Bedroom Villa pool: 250 KWH per week, with a daily limit of 35.7 KWH. If your usage exceeds these limits, an additional charge of 0.36 EUR per extra KWH will apply daily.
