With luxurious finishes from top to bottom, enjoy being nestled amongst 88 acres in the Persimmon Valley of Clayton Georgia. The space This cottage boasts 15-25 foot ceilings throughout the entire home. Chic features such as a stone fireplace, Viking appliances, Waterworks fixtures throughout entire home and "His & Hers" oversized bathtubs, this rustic, warm and secluded cottage is sure not to disappoint even the most discerning of guests. Great for a couple or two, a family of four or a mother/daughter or father/son weekend getaway trip. We require a 2 night minimum. Kindly, no parties allowed. We take pride in the quality of build of our homes and seek to preserve them well. We hope you understand. We allow one (1) pet under 20 lbs. We require a $150 non-refundable pet deposit. Please note that there are cameras outside for your security and protection. Please note that it is mandatory that the main guest who makes the booking. must provide a copy of their valid Drivers License as well as sign a lease agreement that we provide to all of our guests with a wet signature and kindly scan it back to us. It is of paramount importance that we do what we do with excellence and cover all bases for the protection of both the Owner and the Guest (s). Your safety and the quality of your experience is very important to us! We also require proof of Damage Protection Travel Insurance. I will provide a link once the reservation has been made. It runs about $100 dollars. We prefer this instead of a security deposit. Don't forget to sign the guestbook! We'd love to hear how your stay was with us. Should you decide to travel with family and friends, we can accommodate a total of eight (8) guests total between our two cottages available. "The Joy House" and "The Hope House" are walking distance from each other. Other things to note This property was previously owned by a family who ran "Persimmon Creek Vineyards" which was a fully operating vineyard, tasting room and bottling facility, along with offering a "Bed & Breakfast" Sonoma-style experience with three (3) custom curated individual, private cottages for guests to stay in while experiencing the "day to day" of a working vineyard. They are named The "Hope, Joy and Grace" Houses.
