The space The Pellicano Guest House is located in the heart of the historic center of Reggio Calabria, a short walk from the Aragonese castle and 350 meters from the cathedral. The strategic location allows you to easily reach the "Dante Alighieri" university for foreigners, the "Mediterranea" university law school, the "F. Cilea" municipal theater, and the main shopping and tourist streets of the city, including Via Aschenez, Via Tripepi, Corso Garibaldi, and the Falcomatà promenade, famous for its breathtaking views and lively nightlife. The modern facility offers a breakfast/reception room where guests can enjoy cookies and a selection of teas. It has an office and 6 tastefully furnished rooms, all equipped with double pillows and mattresses for maximum comfort. Each room has a private bathroom "en suite" with a professional hairdryer, courtesy line, vanity set, shoe polishing sponge, and on request, razor and cream. The accommodations are equipped with 32" TV with Sky Gold satellite, which includes PPV cinema and football, free wi-fi, air conditioning, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar with a selection of free soft drinks, safe, and external CCTV cameras. Guests have access to additional services such as laundry (for a fee), fax, photocopying, and, on request, a laptop. Daily cleaning and linen change are included in the price. Public parking under the property is free, as is the private indoor parking. Breakfast is available on request at a cost of €5 per person. Guest access Guests have free access to all the facilities of the property, including tea in the lobby with related sweets, internet access, SKY satellite TV and the reserved garage.
