Before arrival, all guests must complete a quick online check-in to receive their access codes (sent via email or SMS). This requires uploading a valid ID and placing a £100 refundable damage deposit. All personal data is permanently deleted after check-out, and the deposit is automatically released if no damage occurs, typically appearing on your card within 3 business days.
