9 Comfortable studio with patio, near the airport

Studio-type mini-apartment with a comfortable bed, its own kitchen/dining room, private bathroom with hot water, desk and sofa. The studio is bright and airy, overlooking a patio terrace where you can sit and read, eat, drink or just enjoy the city view and see the stars. It is an intimate space for one or two people with all the amenities. Parking is available outside the accommodation (it is a quiet street). As hosts, we will always be available during your stay with us. The space Comfortable, quiet and with everything you need to rest or telecommute (wifi). A perfect space for two. It has a very nice bed, cable TV and Netflix, a modern bathroom with hot water and a nice kitchen with a small bar. Guest access The neighborhood has two large minimarkets, wineries, restaurants (we are 5 blocks from the Conchopata Gastronomic District). Taxi agencies pick you up from the door of the house, to the place you want. The street is quiet and allows you to park the car (free street parking) or if you want to take it to a paid garage two blocks away. Other things to note We have a laundry area for an extra cost (10 soles) We provide a local breakfast at the request of guests (cost S/.10.00)
