APARTMENT #1 - ZADAR, DIKLO

The apartment is new, modern and very comfortable. It is near the beach with crystal clear sea. A breathtaking view of the islands and magic sunset. An oasis of peace and quiet! A paradise for deep relaxation and memorable holiday! The space DIKLO - is known as one of the most attractive parts of the city of Zadar and is locally called Zadar 'Beverly Hills'. Sunny Diklo is a great oasis of peace, crystal clear sea and pine forest. It is a popular tourist destination, with lovely beaches, promenades and sports fields. Diklo is 5-6 km far from the old town of Zadar where you can see ancient monuments, urban amenities, summer festivals, cultural and artistic events, night clubs and the magic sounds of the worldwide unique sea organ. Diklo is connected with the city center by public bus line. Zadar offers numerous opportunities for tourist excursions and explorations of the wonderful surrounding scenery ( plenty of islands, the Kornati Archipelago, the Paklenica National Park, the Plitvice Lakes...). The airport can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car. The apartment is the only one on the top floor of a new villa. It is officially categorized with four stars, 70m2 large, with modern and comfortable furniture, 2-3 minutes' walk to the beach. It has a double bedroom ( beds are separable), living room with a sofa bed (for 2 persons), kitchen, dining room, large bathroom with shower and separated toilet, and large loggia with sunscreen, deck chairs and shower. The south part of the apartment has a breathtaking panoramic view of the entire waters and nearby islands and its north side overlooks the garden and green trees. From the balcony you can enjoy the unique Zadar sunset in magic colours. The apartment is luxuriously furnished (large LCD TV, WI-FI and LAN internet connection, air conditioning, dishwasher, coffee-machine, microwave...) with additional facilities ( private parking space, garden barbecue, outdoor shower...). The hosts speak your language and do their best to make the space relaxing and comfortable. Guest access Villa IKA is just a few meters off the high street in the new part of Diklo. The new light purple villa is surrounded by a lovely garden. From the front door guests take indoor private stairs to the second floor and enjoy full privacy in the apartment. Other things to note You are welcome to use the outdoor shower or the barbecue fireplace at any time. You may pick whatever grows in the garden.
