The space The living room features comfortable leather furnishings and wonderful gas log fireplace, Roku streaming TV and an artists reference library . The living room opens to a large deck, with gas grill and dining set, overlooking the river ( during the coldest winter months the grill and deck furniture are stored to facilitate snow removal ) The master suite contains a luxury pillow top queen bed with top quality imported linens and opens to a private writers retreat/ reading room over looking the water. The master suite has a window air conditioning unit for the spring, summer and fall months , which cools the bedroom and writers retreat area . The bathroom features stone mosaic throughout and an oversized soaking tub. The second floor has a smaller bedroom with air conditioning and a double bed , and a private sitting room with a 55" Roku smart TV and small music library and CD player. The stone floored entryway houses a washer and dryer and opens to a small, private stone dining deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a small standing veranda with lovely views of the gardens and the water. The elegant dining room has marvelous antique stained glass windows and a large dining table. There is off street parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles.
