Its location is the characteristic burg of Enguiso that owns a privileged and incredible view of the whole valley. The residence consists of 9 apartments, furnished with care and passion. There is also a large garden with benches, a barbecue, a children playground and a small panoramic swimming pool. The space NEW RESIDENCE - Climate house A+ FOUR-ROOM APARTMENT FOR 6/8 PEOPLE – FAMILY APARTMENT: 90 square meter. Located on two levels with internal wooden staircase. Second floor: modern kitchenette, living room with a double sofa bed, one double bedroom with private bathroom with shower/WC. Third floor attic: 2 mansard double rooms (single joinable beds), bathroom with shower/WC. EQUIPMENT: fridge with freezer, electric oven, 5-flame gas cooker, dishwasher, german coffee machine “Melitta”, toaster, kettle and satellite TV. The washing machine and the bicycle storage are free, available for common use and on request. There are also children's playground, barbecue, outdoor parking space, panoramic swimming pool for children and free Wi-Fi. PANORAMIC POOL open from 01st June to 20th September. SAUNA usable all year round, extra charge (forbidden for children under 18) Pets are NOT admitted. These apartments are reserved for guests with particular allergies to animals. The access road to the facility may not be easy for large vans or in the presence of very low or bulky tow trucks. Guest access Key delivery at the Ledro Vacanze - Lake Project agency in via Cassoni, 28 in Pieve di Ledro between 3.00 pm and 6.00 pm for the check in. The check out will take place in the office, the day of your departure, between 9.00 and 10.00 a.m. Arrivals / departures at different times must be previously agreed with our staff. A late check-in fee may be charged for arrivals after 18:00 hours Other things to note The price includes the consumption of electricity, water and cooking gas. The apartments are equipped with: blankets, bed covers, mattress covers, pillows and kitchen utensils. Free use of the panoramic swimming pool (seasonal opening). Sauna open all year round for a fee (under 18 years old not allowed). The sheets and towels can be brought by the customer or rented before arrival (€ 10.00 per person for change of sheets, € 5.00 per person per change, for towels). Heating is an extra cost and will be calculated according to consumption. Pets are NOT admitted. These apartments are reserved for guests with particular allergies to animals. There is the possibility of renting baby cots and high chairs with an extra cost to be paid on spot. Free internet connection in the apartment. A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival.
