Agriturismo Madonna dei Ceppi farm house is the best place in Lake Como to relax from the bustling of the city and enjoy the amazing landscape in the quiet of the sourrounding woods. The space Cozy double room with queen size double bed and a bunk bed (4 total sleeping places). The room has his own en-suite bathroom with shower and is the only one of our rooms with view on the woods (and just a tiny view of the lake). After the first two guests in the same room prices are as follow: - Children up to 1 year old: free - Additional Baby Cot on request: 5 Euro per night - Children 1-6 years old: 15 Euro per night - Children 6-12 years old: Euro 20 per night - Children from 12 years old and adults: 25 Euro per night BREAKFAST & DINNER: A continental breakfast is served in the restaurant room where it is also possible to have dinner (with an amazing view of the lake). Eggs/omelette/bacon are available by request at an extra cost. Dinner is served at 7 PM and the reservation is requested by 10:30 AM of the same day otherwise we cannot guarantee the service. HEATING: During the still not hot season (March-April and September-October) it is possible to have the room heated on request with an additional cost of 5 Euro per night. CLEANINGS: Rooms are cleaned every 3days of stay, in case you need daily cleaning it’s available on request at an extra cost of 5 Euro per night. CITY TAX: It’s 1 Euro per day per person and it is not included in the final price. It can be settle at the end of your stay by cash. Guest access CHECK IN: only available from 13:00 PM to 17:00 PM and is very strict so if you are coming outside this hours you need to inform us at the moment of booking but it will not be possible to extend it further than 18:30PM. Outside the check in time (13-17), luggage transport is not possible so if you are coming later we suggest you to organize a little bag/backpack for the first night and we will transport your luggage the following day (luggage transport is performed with a small tractor). VERY IMPORTANT: Please be aware that the farm is not reachable by car since we are situated in the middle of the woods and the last little piece of road is a mountain path. HOW TO FIND US: Arriving from como follow the directions to CENDRARO MONTE(not Casate Monte!) you can also put it in your GPS: Lezzeno Cendraro Monte 22025. Once you get there you have two options: Either park your car in one of the free parking spots available or keep driving uphill. Please note that from Cendraro Monte to the farm there’s a one lane unpaved cobblestones road also quite steep and it is drivable mainly with 4X4 cars, so if your car can drive uphill you will get to a little church called “Madonna dei Ceppi” where it is possible to park. From there you take the right following the sings and walk a flat path of about 500mt/10min and you’ll find the farm. In case your car is not suitable to drive uphill and you will park the car in the village we suggest you to contact us in advance and take advantage of our free shuttle service (otherwise it will take you about 30min. walking to get uphill to the farm). Please note that the shuttle service needs to be arranged in advance in order to be guarantee. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO BE AWARE OF: It is very important for us to be informed in advance about the time of your arrival since you most probably will need our assistance to reach the farm, unless you have a 4X4 car or you travel with a light luggage that allows you to get to us with no trouble. SHUTTLE SERVICE: We offer a shuttle service from the village to the little church close to the farm and vice versa. If you are checking in, the shuttle service is available between 1 and 5 PM, if you are checking out the shuttle service is available until 10:30 AM. There is also a daily shuttle service at 10:30 AM from the farm to the village and at 6:00 PM from the village to the farm. Please note that the shuttle service is not fixed so it is necessary to book. In the event you need a shuttle service outside the above time, the ride will have a cost of 10 Euro per way and needs to be arranged in advance otherwise cannot be guarantee. LUGGAGE TRANSPORTATION: Luggage transport service is only available during check-in hours (from 1PM to 5PM) if you are coming afterwards we suggest you to organize a small backpack for the night and we will transport your luggage the following day. At the check out luggage transport is available until 10:30 AM. We usually serve a traditional local breakfast, but if you’d like something different like ham, omelette or cheese just ask us and we can prepare it at a an extra cost. Dinner time approximately between 19:00 PM and 21:00 PM Please let us know in advance if you’d like to have dinner: we require the reservation by 10.30 AM in the morning otherwise we cannot guarantee dinner service. SHUTTLE SERVICE: From the farm toward the village: at about 10:30 AM From the village toward the farm: at about 18.30 PM We will be happy to do a free shuttle service for you, so if you want me to take you downhill to the village or pick you up from the village to the farm just let me know a little in advance.
