The space The condo sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with a King bed in the Master, a Queen bed & Queen sleeper sofa in the first guest bedroom, a Queen bed in the second guest bedroom, and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and all bedrooms have their own flat-screen TV, with DVD players and hook-ups for video game systems. It has an open dining room, breakfast bar, and fully appointed kitchen with all the appliances, cookware & dishware you may need. All your linens & pool towels are also provided for you, with an in-unit washer/dryer too. Just bring your beach towels & yourselves for a relaxing trip to Hilton Head Island with us! Please Note: As of November 1st, 2020 all reservations made for dates beyond December 31st, 2020 of up to 7 days will be charged a one-time non-refundable Resort Fee of $50 plus tax. This Resort Fee will be collected again if any reservation goes past 7 days and will continue on a 7 day rotation. This Fee will be paid at the time of check-in directly to the resort.
