Holiday apartment in Kudowa-Zdrój

This is an independent, comfortably furnished apartment, about 400m from Villa Sudety, located right at the main entrance to the Spa Park (30m from the stairs to the Park). The Mineral Water Drinking Room is 2 minutes away. The apartment is located on the first floor, in a multi-apartment, old tenement house on the main street of our resort. Free parking is available about 200 m from the property or right on the street. All advantages. Warm, cozy, very well designed. You want to live in it. Perfect for a family. The space The apartment consists of a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a hallway and a modern bathroom with a shower. Double beds; In 2 bedrooms, very comfortable, double - matrimonial, new continental beds (2 mattresses: base on wooden legs + anti-allergic mattress). The unique headboard made of rustic board gives a feeling of exceptional comfort and warmth. In the living room, there is a double sofa bed. Apartment equipment The floor is made of beautiful, oiled rustic oak boards; new oak doors to the rooms perfectly harmonize with the space; modern, open space of the living room and kitchen. In the living room there is a fold-out sofa, two armchairs and a corner with a large table and four chairs. In the rooms, there are full-size wardrobes with shelves for clothes; also in the hallway, there is an additional deep wardrobe for luggage and large items. Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, electric kettle, fridge, pots and tableware with cups. Bedside tables in the rooms in an interesting form + night lights/sconces above the headboards; armchairs in each room; special, impermeable blackout curtains in the colors of the room; 40" flat screen TV with cable; of course towels and bed linen. We also remembered about wine glasses :-). In the modern, comfortable bathroom there is a large 120x80 shower cabin, a comfortable very large sink, a hanging toilet and a large mirror. The whole is maintained in gray, natural colors of the walls.
