Welcome to our 2,700 sq. ft. house. You get a private Bedroom and another room that is a Suite. The suite is in the room next door to the bedroom, with a couch, big-screen TV, computer desk, refrigerator, and microwave. Great restaurants are close by, as are the comfy bed, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). There is a huge covered patio in the back. Free Internet and Netflix are available. The space The Hall House has all the amenities of a hotel and a lot more. Here is a small list of what extras you get: • Dedicated parking • Washer/Dryer. We provide all laundry supplies like detergent, bleach etc. • Private bath with shower and complimentary toiletries • Your own Amazon Alexa with questions and answers you have about Hallhouse • All linens supplied • Complimentary coffee, water, tea and hot chocolate • Extra food storage is available if needed. • Large queen sized bed with memory foam mattress and remote control for massage and adjusting the bed • There is a huge main kitchen which you can use at any time. The kitchen has most everything you would need as far as pots, pans and utensils. We supply almost every spice you might need (unless you come from another country and they don’t sell it here). We also have all of the essentials like sugar, and salt. pepper etc. We have a ton of small kitchen appliances like blenders, pressure cookers, slow cookers, popcorn makers, ice cream machines, snow cone makers, etc. available for your use as well • The space comes with your own mini-suite with microwave/toaster/Keurig coffeemaker/ refrigerator/office desk with access to a printer • Flatware, coffee , mugs and glasses are available in your suite • Free internet • If you stay 30 days or more we will treat you by taking you to a great Texas steakhouse or a Gulf Coast seafood restaurant. • Big screen TV with cable • We will serenade you to sleep • Ok, maybe not that last one Go to the site Viemo and put in "Hallhouse" for detailed video. Guest access You will have your own bedroom, suite and restroom upstairs. You also have availability to the laundry room with washer and dryer. If you need more room for food needing refrigeration, you can use some of the space in one of the refrigerators downstairs. Everything will be safe in there. (Unless you put in cake or pie then the cats have been known to swipe a little :). There is a huge backyard garden (which you are welcome to weed if you want) and covered patio to relax on and have a cocktail or a cup of coffee or tea. We also have a grill and smoker you are welcome to use, and a picnic table if you prefer outside dining. There is also a stair lift in case you need help getting upstairs. If you need more coffee, tea, etc., just ask the housekeeper (that would be Mary). During your stay There is just my wife and I, and a few cats that live here. Keep your door shut if you don't want to have a kitten come in and cuddle with you. If there's anything you need, simply ask. Other things to note We have the fastest Wi-Fi you can get in a house (You will have the password before you arrive). You can access over 400 channels on the big screen in your suite. Breakfast can be available for a fee. But, first, you would have to wake up the chef (that would be Mary) and she hates getting up early. Then she would be grumpy because you woke her up early, so good luck with that. As mentioned before, you have access to the kitchen to make whatever you want.
