You will enjoy the great home with its quiet surrounding but good connection to everything South West Florida has to offer. The space Villa Danby is a clean Pool-Home that features a bright beach style decor and furniture. It offers tile and wood floors thought the home. The master suite is located on the opposite side of the guest bedrooms. The entire home has an open layout with a large living, dining and kitchen area. - 3 bedrooms/ 2 bath - fully stocked kitchen (pans, pots, utensils) - WiFi internet - TVs in living room as well as the master bedroom, not in the guest rooms - propane grill on the lanai The pool is about 3 feet to 6 feet deep and is heated by an electric heater (no additional fee for power). The pool gets serviced professionally once a month. The garage is usable by the guests and can hold two cars. The home comes with a basic supply of toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent. Please bring additional for a longer stay. We do not supply and toiletries. Guest access The entire home is available to the guests. There will be nobody else at the home. Additional guests must be disclosed and approved in advance and may incur an extra charge. • Air Conditioning To prevent excessive strain or damage, the thermostat must not be set below 73°F (23°C). Please review them before booking. ⸻ 🏊 Pool & Spa • Heated in-ground pool and spa • Pool target temperature is 86°F (30°C) using an electric heat pump • Pool system and heater typically operate between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM and do not run overnight • During cooler months, a pool blanket may be provided; guests are responsible for removing and replacing it • Target temperatures are not guaranteed, as heating performance depends on weather conditions Heat pump note: Pool heat pumps operate most efficiently when outdoor temperatures are above 45–50°F (7–10°C). Below this range, heating performance may be limited.
