Villa Danby: 3/2 Pool Home in Quiet Neighborhood.

You will enjoy the great home with its quiet surrounding but good connection to everything South West Florida has to offer. The space Villa Danby is a clean Pool-Home that features a bright beach style decor and furniture. It offers tile and wood floors thought the home. The master suite is located on the opposite side of the guest bedrooms. The entire home has an open layout with a large living, dining and kitchen area. - 3 bedrooms/ 2 bath - fully stocked kitchen (pans, pots, utensils) - WiFi internet - TVs in living room as well as the master bedroom, not in the guest rooms - propane grill on the lanai The pool is about 3 feet to 6 feet deep and is heated by an electric heater (no additional fee for power). The pool gets serviced professionally once a month. The garage is usable by the guests and can hold two cars. The home comes with a basic supply of toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent. Please bring additional for a longer stay. We do not supply and toiletries. Guest access The entire home is available to the guests. There will be nobody else at the home. READ THIS!! ================================= The term "gathering" hereafter refers to any number of people present at the property that exceeds the number of guests listed in the booking details. - This home does NOT permit gatherings or hosting your friends or family, including short daytime visits. - If there is a gathering in progress, your booking will be canceled immediately, without a refund of any remaining nights, you must leave the property immediately and we will involve local law enforcement. - If we suspect a gathering in progress, we reserve the right to enter the home unannounced with photo/video recording equipment to collect evidence. - Occupancy is limited to the booked number of guests at all times. - Any additional visitors beyond the booked guests must be approved by the host and may be subject to an extra fee. - Strictly no parties, events, gatherings or get-together (even in a small, quiet setting) - This is not your event venue, and we will make sure any gathering will be dissolved quickly, this may involve engaging local law enforcement, Airbnb, cut the power to the home and towing cars from the property. - We conduct periodic in person inspections of our properties, as well as monitoring the homes via surveillance cameras. - If you send a booking inquiry, please add the phrase:  "Andrea, I agree with the gathering rules", to show me you have read and agree to these rules. I understand this seems ridiculous, but that's what it has come to in the Airbnb community, and I apologize for any inconvenience. ================================= INTRODUCTION ================================= When you send a booking request to me, it might be a good idea to include some basic information about you/your group and the reason for the stay. ($500 additional cleaning fee if we detect any kind of smell) - The AC thermostat must not be set below 73 degrees Fahrenheit (23 °C). - The base price includes up to 4 guests. There is an additional charge per guest thereafter. Please ensure you have provided the accurate number of guests when submitting the booking request. -Please read the entire house rules before booking, located at the bottom of the listing "Things to know" -> "show more" -> "Additional Rules" -> "show more" ================================= PETS ================================= - Pets may be allowed with host approval, subject to an additional fee. To obtain approval and fee amount, please provide the number of pets, breed, and weight. ================================= HEADS UP: ================================= AC System: To maintain the AC unit's functionality, we kindly request that you do not lower the temperature below 74 degrees. This is very important, and helps prevent potential breakdowns. Pool Service (if the home has a pool): The pool service will visit once a week (usually on Thursdays) unannounced to maintain the pool and filter equipment. Please keep the screen doors to the pool unlocked during the day. Home Services: - Pests, Lawn, Tree, or other maintenance services might stop by unannounced to service the property and outside the home. -While we strive to conduct preventative maintenance and schedule repairs during vacancies, there may be rare instances when we need to enter the home for necessary repairs. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time. Garbage Pickup: -Garbage collection occurs once a week. We kindly ask guests to place the bins by the road the day before pickup. You can find the pickup days listed in the white folder/binder inside the home. ================================= HOME INFORMATION: ================================= If the home has a propane grill and bottle, the host does not provide refills of propane bottles. If you need a baby crib or a high chair, please reach out. The home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, towels, linens, beach equipment, and bedsheets. There is a very basic supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent. Usually enough for 2–4 nights. Please bring more of these supplies for a longer stay. ================================= PARKING: ================================= Reach out and see if the garage is available for your stay, otherwise only parking on the driveways is available. Reach out if you are planing to bring a RV, trailer or boat to find out the parking possibilities. ================================= WHAT IS NOT AT THE HOME: ================================= - personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotions, tooth-past) - cleaning supplies. - trash bags (only 2 refills per can) ================================= EARLY CHECK IN POLICY: ================================= 1. All check in inquiries for the time before 10:00 AM require the previous night to be booked. 2. All check-in inquiries for times 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM are subject to availability and can be guaranteed in advance for a nominal fee of half the daily rental price. This allows you to secure your preferred early check-in time while ensuring availability. 3. For free early check-in inquiries for the times between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM, we strive to accommodate them based on availability. Our primary concern is ensuring the best possible experience for each guest, which includes thorough cleaning and preparation of the rental. Therefore, early check-in times can only be scheduled the day before arrival, taking into consideration any prior bookings and our cleaning staff's schedule. By providing these guidelines, we aim to provide flexibility for guests seeking early check-in while balancing it with the necessary preparations to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and service for all our visitors.
