Cozy 50 sqm apartment, on two levels, for up to 4 people, located on the 3rd floor of a period building (lift). The property is located in the heart of Palermo, in via Maqueda (Traffic-Restricted Area) and is the ideal solution for visiting the historic center on foot, a stone's throw from the Teatro Massimo and the Quattro Canti. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a balcony. *Airport shuttle service from/to Palermo airport available upon request* The space The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with lift and is organized on two levels: -> LOWER LEVEL: - KITCHEN with gas hob (5 burners), fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, electric oven, wine glasses and dining table; - BALCONY. -> UPPER LEVEL: - BEDROOM I with double sofa bed and desk; - BEDROOM II with double bed, armchairs; - BATHROOM (entered from bedroom II) with jacuzzi, sink, bidet and toilet. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split A/C with heat pump (split in the kitchen and in the two bedrooms), safe, iron and ironing board, dryng rack, clothes stand, hairdryer. Travel baby cot and high chair available. PLEASE NOTE the presence of a spiral staircase to access the upper level. Be very careful if traveling with children. PLEASE NOTE: to access BEDROOM II with the bathroom it is necessary to go through BEDROOM I. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
