Enjoy 25 ft dock-swimming, feeding ducks, fishing, boating, etc. The yard is a nice level property, which is fully fenced in. Guest access Guests may access Greenwood Lake to swim, boat, kayaks, or paddle board. Local rentals. Guests have access to a 25 foot dock just a few steps from house. Free parking for 2-3 vehicles right in front of house. There is laundry-washer and dryer available for guests to use. (Please bring your own laundry soap!) Front door to house keyless access.
