This house, built in 1900, has been restored with the desire to create a small but very cosy Turismo de Interior. The Vista de la Vila is supposed to be a home for those who want to enjoy the quiet village life of Mallorca for a few pleasant days. You can have breakfast in our sunny patio, in the lobby you can read, organize your excursions or just relax. On the roof terrace, the sunset with a glass of wine is particularly worth seeing. The space We are a small house with six rooms. We offer a quiet, relaxed atmosphere in the centre of the island. The quiet village life determines everyday life here. Due to the central location in the middle of the island, all areas are very easy to reach. The nearest beach (Playa de Muro) is only about 25 minutes away by car. The village has a connection to the public bus as well as to the train. Our aim is that our guests feel at home and can enjoy their holiday in a relaxed way. Guest access Guests have a private room with en-suite bathroom. There is a library and breakfast room on the ground floor. The beautiful patio can also be shared with other guests. During your stay We would be pleased to welcome you as our guest/s. It is our aim that our guests feel completely comfortable in our house and can spend some beautiful, relaxing holidays. We attach great importance to sustainability and environmental awareness. We use only green electricity, produce hot water with solar energy, avoid disposable packaging, separate and recycle waste and reduce water consumption. The guests decide when their towels are changed. We try to buy as many products as possible locally. We are always available for guests with questions, requests or problems. Other things to note The Balearic Government (Govern de les Illes Balears) raises a tourism tax. This tax amounts 2 € per person and day for the period from 01. May to 31. October (high season) and for the period from 01. November to 30. April (low season) 0,50 € per person and day. In each case plus 10% VAT. Children under 16 years of age are exempt from payment. From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the contribution is reduced by half. These fees are to be paid on site in addition to the indicated room rate.
