The space The "Tropicana Club" Suite is located on the third floor of DEMO, overlooking the Briolini Park. A 46-square-meter two-room apartment with a double bed, ideal for 2 adults, it consists of a living area with a bathroom and balcony + a sleeping area with an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a sink and balcony. The concept of the project stems from the desire to create an unconventional, colorful room with tropical hints, an explosion of shapes and colors that joyfully winks at the 80s, with a precise manifesto in mind: dare and have fun. The suite is conceived as two separate rooms that share the same pop aesthetic: the Living/CLUB entrance area and the Night/RELAX area. The first, characterized by intense colors and industrial materials, tiles and sheets in the first place, is inspired by the historic clubs of Rimini's nightlife. The kitchenette, transformed into a real bar corner, makes the environment, the most "social" of the room, open to the city, a perfect location for organizing parties and small events. The iconic furnishings, with intense colors, go well with the tropical setting of the two terraces. The sleeping area offers a lighter and more pop color palette than the entrance. The more intimate environment, equipped with a private bathroom, is strongly characterized by the structure of the sleeping area that, by mixing graphic elements, industrial materials and pop accessories, gives life to a solar, unique and extremely iconic design.
