Whether you’re here to unwind or explore the outdoors, Forest Glen is the perfect home base. Dog-friendly, so your furry companion can join the getaway. This cozy retreat sleeps up to 6 and features 2 full bathrooms—perfect for families or small groups looking to unwind and enjoy nature. Relax in the comfortable living room with TV and Wi-Fi, and prepare your favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Outside, fire up the charcoal grill on the front deck and enjoy dining in the fresh mountain air. In the evening, gather around the fire pit for hot dogs, s’mores, and stargazing. Pet friendly (dogs only), so bring your furry companion along! A $60 flat pet fee applies (no nightly pet charges). When you're ready to explore, Luray Caverns and the town of Luray are 20 minutes away, and Shenandoah National Park and Skyline Drive are just a 25–30 minute scenic drive. Please note: Forest Glen, although not secluded, is located in a quiet neighborhood with other homes and cabins, making it ideal for guests seeking a peaceful getaway. Other things to note Things to Know Before You Book Location & Travel Times: The charming town of Luray and the famous Luray Caverns are 20 mins away. Thornton Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park (off Hwy 211) is a scenic 25–30 minute drive from the cabin. Shenandoah River Outfitters is a walkable distance away (or a 1-2 minute drive). Road Conditions: The uphill road leading to Forest Glen is gravel and not state or county maintained. The road can be a bit bumpy, so feel free to drive on whichever side is smoother. Have questions?
