Guest access whole villa Other things to note The villa next to us is being renovated - potential for excessive noise. Due to the drought in the lakes around Pattaya, the city has limitation and shortages in public water supply. This villa is equipped with 1000 liters water tank, which usually is more than enough for the normal water usage between the water supply is back and the tank is refilled automatically. In case, if the public water supply is stopped and the water in the tank is finished we can order delivery by water truck (8 am -9 pm). The water level can be checked in the evening to understand if it will be enough water till the next morning. Please take the above into account when you make reservation. We will make everything possible in case the water is finished, but we can not help you at night time, the water delivery service is not working.
