This emblematic architecture was recently renewed and redecorated, each apartment was thought to provide our guests with the comforts they need to call it your “home” (even if it is only for a couple of days). If You wish to visit Lisbon and stay in the nicest area, You just found Your apartment! The space Our apartment is located in the heart of downtown Lisbon. Only 2 minutes away from Cais do Sodré train and subway stations, right next to the famous “pink street” where you can go for a drink after dinner, and also a few steps away from the lively Mercado da Ribeira where you can enjoy great meals from renowned local chefs whilst surrounded by locals. Near the building you have a lot of different restaurants with very different types of cuisines and in a short walk distance you’ll find the lively streets of Chiado where you can shop and also find more restaurants and squares. Bairro Alto which is full of animation during the evening with lots of bars, Lisbon’s most amazing view points and many other things. It is the perfect spot for you to experience Lisbon, discover what the city has to offer and stay close to all tourist attractions with the train, tram, metro and bus station located 120m away. • The apartment: A unique, renewed space within a XVIII century building, the old mail Portuguese mail palace viewed as one of Lisbon’s reference buildings from the 1950’s, that was recently renewed and redecorated. With a lift! Its facade reveals a building with character and its clock tower provides breathtaking views towards the Tagus river. We went above and beyond to try and create a beautiful space where everyone would be able to feel welcome and at home. The apartment has Air condition with a modern but also warm and cozy décor. All of our apartments have a certain charm and character achieved from the careful combination of modern design and, at the same time, the enhancement of traditional architecture. It’s a premium apartment with 24h security, Wi-Fi, cable TV and many other amenities. This accommodation is a modern and comfortable apartment, with one bedroom, a spacious living room with a seating and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom. The ideal location and distribution for families or big groups. Guest access • Apartment amenities: Our team offers some essential amenities for your time spent with us, such as: toilet paper, kitchen paper, soap, detergent, shampoo and shower gel and a hairdryer. Also, the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (with some capsules included), a toaster and iron facilities. Besides all of this, we have available Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, Free Wireless Internet and Cable TV. Bed linen and bath towels are also included. (Cleaning is included for stays above 5 nights, with change of bath towels and linen. Daily cleaning of the apartment: depending on the type of cleaning you want, the prices may vary) In the living room we have Lisbon Guides and Maps in English. We always leave “our” Lisbon Tips with what we think are “must do’s” in this lovely city. If necessary we have cribs and baby chairs available upon request. You are more than welcome to use everything that is available at your house. :) • EXTRA SERVICES (on request): - Daily cleaning of the apartment - Supermarket List: we can go shopping for you! In this way you’ll be able to get to your apartment and have all the groceries you need and want at your disposal (extremely useful when you’re due to arrive at late hours) - Baby Stroller - Pick Up Airport - Airport Transport - Laundry services All these services should be paid during the check in. (We are also available for booking restaurants and other things you’d like to do during your stay with us, with no extra fee paid for this service) Other things to note CHECK IN/OUT RULES Check in is automatic so you can be independent, we will send you the access codes on your arrival date by 3pm (check in time). It helps to know your estimate time of arrival so we can try to have your apartment ready. - Arrival before 3pm: The apartment will be clean at 15h, but we can keep your luggage from 11am in your future apartment. Just give us a call from 11am - Arrival after 3pm: We will send you all the instructions and codes to get in autonomously. Don’t worry, it’s very easy! We will always be available by mobile. We do not have luggage storage room but we can suggest some nice and close options to do so. We have our internal offices located in 8 Building where you can meet us everyday from 10am to 5pm should you need any further assistance or maps.
