The space Indoor Space: - Fully updated kitchen. - Open common room for gathering. Smart TV in this room. - Downstairs common full bathroom with bathtub and shower. The Bedrooms: - There are beds for 9 people and an additional queen air mattress and twin mattress that could be put on the floor to sleep up to 12 total. - Downstairs King suite with full bathroom (shower). Smart TV in this room. - Upstairs King suite with full bathroom (shower) and a large walk-in closet with a vent that could sleep small kids (we have put our 2-year-old twins in their pac'n'plays in this closet). Smart TV in this room. - Downstairs bedroom with bunk (full bed on bottom, twin on top). Small play "cave" behind the bed for kids. - Upstairs loft with bunk bed (2 twins). Smart TV in this room. Outdoor Space: - Hot tub water is drained and refilled with fresh water between EVERY guest stay. - Large, fenced-in back patio for coffee in the morning, dining, hot tubbing, or letting the kids play. - Bike path out the back of the property for quick access to trails. - Just a 2-minute walk out the back of the property to all Sunriver Village has to offer! Guest access This is a full home rental with self-check-in. Other things to note There is parking for up to 4 cars ONLY. Cars must park in the driveway. On-street parking is NOT allowed in Sunriver. This property is used regularly by individuals with animal allergies. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances for the safety of the individuals with animal allergies. The SHARC outdoor waterpark and indoor pool hours and availability change often depending on the season, weather, and their staffing. It is a good idea to call ahead of time to confirm the hours.
