Duplex-penthouse apartment with a magnificent fully private terrace and views of the Giralda. The location is absolutely unbeatable for staying in Seville's historic center, as it is next to Calle Sierpes, one of the best-known and most emblematic shopping streets. The Cathedral and the Alcázar, our main monuments, are very close, just a 3-minute walk away. The spectacular terrace is ideal for enjoying a glass of wine with privileged views. The space The apartment is located in a building without an elevator, so there are some stairs to climb. It has two bedrooms, both with a double bed of 135 x 190 cm. A living room with a double sofa bed, dining area and TV and a fully equipped kitchen with the necessary utensils and appliances to cook. The beautiful terrace is private and has outdoor furniture: several armchairs where you can relax and enjoy this fantastic space. The fireplace shown in the photos is ornamental, it is not usable. The apartment has air conditioning/heating and WiFi. A travel cot is also available for families traveling with babies. We only have the padded base that comes with the travel bed, we do not have an extra mattress. The travel bed must be requested in advance. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire apartment and terrace. Other things to note Access to the apartment will be available from 4:00 PM, although we will be happy to welcome our guests before that time if the availability of the accommodation allows it. Similarly, the 11:00 check-out time may be extended at a possible additional cost as long as it is compatible with subsequent bookings.
