Wellington Manor 215 The space This charming Wells studio-style condo offers a great location, a private screened-in porch, clubhouse amenities that include a shared seasonal indoor pool as well as seven acres of lush green space. Spend your days exploring the beach or go back in time while visiting the historic downtown. You can also go antiquing right in the neighborhood! This property is within walking distance to the downtown restaurants, as well as the multiple antique shops just across the street. Explore the trails and nature at Wells Reserve or stroll the seashore at Drakes Island Beach, both are less than two miles away. Things to Know The community pool is closed from January through March and reopens in April. Pool hours are 8:00 AM–10:00 PM from April through August, and 8:00 AM–9:00 PM from September through December. Please note: pool availability and hours are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA and are not controlled by the management company. Guest access Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. You'll enter your access code into the keypad at the front door - a green light confirms the code is accepted. Then rotate the deadbolt away from the door opening to unlock. If the light flashes red, wait 5 seconds for the lock to reset and try again. When you leave, press the Schlage button and rotate the deadbolt toward the door opening to lock. The door does not lock automatically, so please lock it when departing. You can create your own 3-6 digit personalized code during your stay if you prefer - instructions are provided at the keypad. If early check-in or late checkout is available for your dates, you'll receive an email or SMS offer - otherwise standard times apply. Other things to note The shared community pool is open April through December (closed January, February, and March) with hours of 8am-10pm April through August, and 8am-9pm September through December. Entry is through the patio doors with an automatic lock that re-engages after 30 seconds. Pool use is at your own risk, and it's sanitized daily. You'll also find a pool table in the clubhouse. The dumpster for trash is located onsite. Complimentary start-up amenities include toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap - you're responsible for restocking any supplies needed beyond these. Sheets, bedding, and towel sets are provided, with backup linens located in the unit.
