The Country House Algarvia comprises 3 floors and a annexe and accommodates 13 people comfortably. Possibility to add an extra bed (12 + 1). It is located 2.5 km from the Vila do Nordeste. Overlooks the Pico da Vara, the highest point of the island of São Miguel and the sea. The space The house consists of 3 floors: Ground floor has 2 bedrooms with double bed, kitchen and two toilets. (One of them is private). The 1st floor has 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Room, a kitchen and 1 full bathroom. The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with double bed. In the outdoors we have a swimming pool, patio, BBQ, at the disposal of all our guests. (Including the other ones from the annexes). These annexes are not included in the reserve. Guest access The house have cable tv, wi-fi and air-conditioned. Patio with barbecue, where you can make your own grilled. Free swimming pool exclusive for all our guests. Shared with other guests from our anexes. Laundry service is not included but can be requested with a cost of 10 euros. Wash and dry up to 8 Kg capacity. Free parking. Up to 4 cars. Other things to note The house is for the exclusive use of those who book it. All outdoor spaces, such as the swimming pool, barbecue, patio, are for the exclusive use of all our guests on the property, including those from the annexes. Laundry service is not included but can be requested with a cost of 10 euros. Wash and dry up to 8 Kg capacity. Guests are not allowed to invite friends to stay.
