Description

A small private bunk room on ground floor of a log lodge 45 minutes from Yellowstone! This room has two sets of bunk beds and shares 4 1/2 bathrooms with 6 other guest rooms. There is no window but has glass in the outside door with blinds. We provide a free breakfast with a variety of foods that guests can prepare themselves. Please read ALL the information and look at the pictures so you'll know what we are offering. Also, read the house rules to make sure you are comfortable with them. The space THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY Avoid the crowds and expensive accommodations in West Yellowstone and come stay with us! The Hideaway Lodge is a unique lodging experience located just 45 minutes from Yellowstone National Park in a secluded area of Island Park, Idaho. The Hideaway is surrounded by trees and meadows where moose, deer and other cool wildlife are often seen! Our nine wild-life themed guest rooms provide a peaceful and comfortable stay. In addition, we provide a free continental breakfast consisting of eggs, milk, hot and cold cereals, fruits, breads, yogurt, coffee, tea, and more! Our beautiful and spacious lodge has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an elk chandelier and beautiful fireplace, and a TV room, as well as laundry facilities. You’ll find picnic tables and a propane grill on the large front deck with beautiful views. We also have a fire pit where guests can sing around the campfire, make s'mores and enjoy the star-filled night sky! Whether you’re looking to explore Yellowstone, enjoy local activities like fishing, kayaking, and horse riding, or to just relax and unwind, The Hideaway Lodge is the perfect place to stay. You may never want to leave… Traveling solo and need a more economical place? Next door is The Hideaway Hostel a cozy cabin with 3 shared dorm rooms, both female only and mixed. A continental breakfast is provided here as well. There is a kitchen, a combined dining and living area, another sitting area upstairs and a laundry room as well. Just like the lodge, there is a deck with a picnic table and gas grill, as well as a fire pit. Guest access Guests can use any part of the home except bedrooms they are not assigned to of course hehe, cook meals in the large kitchen, BBQ outside on the deck where there are picnic tables and sit around the campfire at night making s'more at our fire pit. (Bring your own wood that can be purchased at the Phillips 66 Gas Station.) Guests can also do laundry. It is $4 a load (detergent included). There is also an iron and ironing board. During your stay I have another property near Teton National Park where I will be most of the summer but I will have a manager handling this place so someone should be available most of the time if anything is needed. If you have a problem they can't help you with please call the number on your itinerary. Other things to note Food is for breakfast only please! Also because the keurig coffee capsules are so expensive, please only one cup for breakfast.
