Villa Ktima is a private house in a gated estate in the seaside village of Minies, offering one bedroom which sleeps 2 guests. It can accommodate 2 extra guests in the spacious living room (one double/two single sofa beds available). There is a private swimming pool with sea view and a terrace with a barbeque and an outdoor dining space, all surrounded by the total serenity of an olive grove. In the quiet of the evening you can relax by the pool listening to the calming sound of the sea. The space Located in the outskirts of the village of Minies, in the middle of a 3000 s.m. gated estate which consists of all kinds of trees and flowers, Ktima is a luxury country retreat with a private pool which offers a memorable experience in unique surroundings. The estate consists of an olive grove, gardens with flowers and grass and all kinds of trees (lemon, orange, fig, apricot, pear, pomegranate and mulberry trees). Villa Ktima is ideal for a couple or a family with one or two kids. The house is fully equipped and designed to the detail to accommodate every need and make one feel at home. The 40 s.m. tiled swimming pool has transparent blue waters and is ideal for both swimming and relaxing. From the house and the pool area you have an amazing sea view and you can watch the sunset and feel the cool sea breeze. Villa Ktima is surrounded by some of the best beaches of Kefalonia like Platis Gialos, Ammes and Ai Helis. Eglina beach, one of Kefalonia’s hidden gems, is only an 8 minute walk (800m) from the property. Kefalonia ’s capital, Argostoli, is only 8 kilometers away with its unique nightlife scene, popular shopping district and diverse culinary experiences. The property is also close to the airport which makes it convenient for flying in and out of the island. Guest access The guests have exclusive access to all the above mentioned areas and facilities.
