Two other guests can be accommodated in the spacious living room (in one double/two single sofa bed). The space On the outskirts of the village of Minies, in the middle of a fenced estate of 3 acres with all kinds of trees and flowers, Villa Ktima is a luxurious holiday accommodation with a private pool that offers an unforgettable experience in a unique environment. The estate consists of an olive farm, flower and lawn gardens and many kinds of fruit trees (lemons, oranges, figs, apricots, pears, pomegranates and mules). The home is perfect for a couple or a family with one or two children. The house is fully equipped and designed in every detail to meet all needs. The pool of 40 sq.m. has clear blue waters and is ideal for swimming and relaxation. From the house and the pool one can see the sea and the sunset feeling the cool sea breeze. Villa Ktima is surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches of Kefalonia, such as Platis Gialos, Ammes and Ai Helis. The beautiful beach of Eglina is 8 minutes away on foot from the property. The capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli is only 8 km away and offers interesting nightlife, market and many different restaurant options. The accommodation is also close to the airport being very convenient for easy transportation to and from the island.
