THERE IS NO A/C in the flat, but efficient fans... Guest access The whole apartment Other things to note The apartment is located in the pedestrian district of Vieux-Nice, so you won't be able to get to the bottom of the building by cab, which will drop you off a 3-minute walk away (but so there's no noise from vehicles in the apartment). Please note that the apartment is on the 2nd floor (ground, 1st fLoor and 2nd floor) WITHOUT LIFT, stairs are wide and easy to climb. The building is typical of Vieux-Nice, and has not yet been renovated. It will be soon, however, and will reveal all its charm!
