Located just a short drive from Seattle, Tacoma, and neighboring Puyallup, Buckley, Sumner, and Enumclaw, the region has the best of both a big city and friendly community living. With easy access to the Sounder, with a train station located just down the hill in Sumner, commuting to work and school is made easy with many bus routes coming and going from the Bonney Lake Park and Ride. Wood is available at $5 a bundle. Other things to note There is room for seven guests with the airbed. I have rented this unit twice to groups of seven and they said it was fine. However, please note that there is only one bathroom, and in order to have enough hot water for all guests to shower, the showering times would need to be staggered, such as 3 or 4 in the morning and the rest in the evening. The space is tight with the airbed on the floor of one bedroom.
