The house is located in a residential and quiet neighborhood, less than 2 miles from the closest beach (and within 5 miles from many others), and only steps away from Federal Highway and its shops, coffee houses, grocery stores and restaurants. You can easily walk to several restaurant options within ~10 minutes. Minimum 4 night stay
