Sitting on its own sandy beach, in a nature reserve, this newly remodeled Lake Michigan home offers stunning views and beautiful sunsets. The master bedroom suite has a picture perfect view of Lake Michigan that you can view from your California King bed or step outside onto the spacious deck while enjoying your morning coffee. There are two other roomy bedrooms on the main level, both with California King beds. The lower level hosts a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds. The home has lots of natural light, beautiful whitewashed ceiling beams, and a very open feel. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and the dining room seats 10 people, which is perfect for those family dinners. There is even a wine and cheese bar. Northern Michigan sunsets can be enjoyed from the firepit area on the beach or from one of 3 deck areas from your choice of Adirondack chairs or from the long dining table on the deck that sits 10. All of this, and only a quick bike ride to downtown Charlevoix or short drive to Boyne Mountain. *A 2 or 3-night minimum in the off season. **7-night minimum during our Summer Season ***Must be at least 25 years of age to reserve. Guest access For arrival instructions to be automatically emailed on Monday, the week of your arrival, please send us your email address. Our arrival instructions, include your Property Manager's contact information, along with the address of the property. Otherwise we will send you the access instructions/code the day of your arrival via text. Other things to note The Premises are equipped with an alarm system and exterior security cameras. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch for false alarms. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior of the property. Alarm system and security cameras may be used to verify compliance with rental policies. Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of this rental home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. To disable or obscure the cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.
