The vacation home, completed in 2019, has two apartments. The highlight is the 28 sqm south/west facing terrace. Mountains, lakes and hiking trails, the land of ski resorts, the land of castles, the land of Kneipp cures and wellness spas: Holidays in the Allgäu are in season all year round! Enjoy pure nature, rural structures and unspoiled, healthy landscapes. But the magnificent churches, monasteries and basilicas are also always worthwhile destinations. In addition, our many lakes and royal castles, including the most visited castle in the world: Neuschwanstein. Hiking and cross-country trails as well as walking opportunities around the "Mösle" (beautifully landscaped biotope - home to numerous animal species) are almost on the doorstep. Kaufbeuren with its beautiful old town in the heart of the Allgäu is centrally located. In one hour you can reach not only our beautiful state capital Munich but also Lindau/Bregenz on Lake Constance. In 45 minutes you can reach the city of Füssen and are right on Lake Forggensee and on the edge of the Alps. Welcome to our home!
