This small apartment is on the first floor of a country inn and guarantees the possibility of completely autonomous stays. The kitchen, although basic, is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. In the room you can add a single bed, or a crib, for our little guests. Parking is free in the area of the property but there are no garages. The space On the ground floor of the inn you will find the dining room, where breakfast is served between 7:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and where you can book your dinner. However, the opening of the kitchen is seasonal, so always check, before booking, the possibility that meals will be served. During the kitchen's closing periods, you will still find a kettle, coffee machine, microwave and a variety of packaged breakfast products in the room. The inn is surrounded by a large equipped garden, available to guests, where you can spend your hours relaxing surrounded by the Faenza vineyards. The city center can still be reached in ten minutes by car. The apartment can also be booked for long stays. Linen and towels are included in each rate. For short stays, the reorganization is scheduled every other day. For monthly stays, cleaning and linen changes are weekly. For weekly stays, a cleaning with a change of sheets will be carried out in the middle of the stay. The apartment is air-conditioned in summer and heated in winter. Other things to note For each guest, the payment of the accommodation tax is not included in the room price. The tourist tax is 1 euro per day for a maximum of five days of stay. Children under the age of 12 are exempt. The data provided will be stored and used in accordance with the laws in force, exclusively for the period of the stay, after which it will be deleted from our servers.
