Look no further than A Treetop Escape, a beautiful home nestled among the trees near Blowing Rock! Enter the main level into a comfortably furnished living room. Leather furniture is arranged around a stone gas fireplace with an HDTV mounted above it. Up a few stairs is the kitchen & dining room, featuring a table for 6 with a bank of windows behind it overlooking the serene trees. The kitchen has marble floors & counters and is well stocked with anything you may need to prepare delicious meals. There are two bedrooms on this floor. The master bedroom is off the living room, and has a King bed and double doors to the deck, with a private bathroom with a tub/shower with removable hosed handle. The other bedroom is off the kitchen, also with a Queen bed, and it has a full bathroom across the hall, also with a tub/shower with removable hosed handle. Upstairs from the dining area is a semi-enclosed loft with a Full bed, HDTV, & a pull out queen-sized sleeper sofa, along with another full bath with a tub/shower with removable hosed handle. The fully enclosed deck features a gas grill, a patio dining set, and a pair of wicker chairs. Relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature! This charming home is located just 5 minutes from thee Blue Ridge Parkway and from Blowing Rock and 10 minutes from Boone. Appalachian Ski Mountain is 2 minutes up the same road, and all of the High Country’s many wonderful options for shopping, dining, and attractions are just a short drive away. Make A Treetop Escape your own getaway today! Additional Notes: - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. - There is one exterior floodlight camera mounted facing the driveway. There are no other cameras present at the property. - Please note all TVs are streaming only. Rules • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • This home allows up to 2 mature dogs that weigh 50lbs. Please be sure to list your pets, and it will be included in the total shown. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival
