You'll be in the heart of everything--restaurants, amusement parks, and bars are all at your doorstep. The space This 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo easily sleeps 8. Your stay includes a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and master bath with a whirlpool tub. A second bedroom offers two double beds. Additional guests have access to a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens to a dining and living room with sweeping views of the ocean. Please note the views are amazing from the large window, but there is no balcony. Wi-Fi, parking, television, linens and towels are included. Laundry facilities are conveniently located on site, but not inside the unit. Guest access There are 2 outdoor pools and one indoor pool for you to enjoy. You'll be directly oceanfront with the sand just steps away. There is shuffleboard, activity room and laundry onsite. Other things to note No pets allowed. We are a smoke free property. No smoking inside unit or in common areas. This building is equipped with an elevator. Please note: the Yachtsman requires a $200 Refundable Security Deposit upon check-in. The security deposit is refundable after an inspection of the room is completed, after check-out. For all reservations one month or longer, a $500 refundable deposit is required at check-in. Reservations longer than 7 nights are cleaned weekly at no additional cost. This service is required and not optional. We will work with your schedule to make this as convenient as possible during your stay.
