(Resort Amenities available through purchase of recreational passes, as needed). You will have a washer and dryer in your home that you are welcome to use. In the event that you would like us to provide sheets, pillow cases and towels, we would be happy to do so but there would be an additional charge - please inquire for details. Notes on Recreational Passes: Please inquire for details on recreational passes which are needed to utilize the resort amenities. Guest access You will have private access to the entire home - you are not sharing the home with anyone else - it is yours to enjoy! You also have private access to your own 1 car attached / enclosed garage and your own private cement driveway. There is plenty of free parking on site. You will also have access to all of the resort amenities (except golf which is extra) by purchasing recreational passes at the resort after they arrive. See additional details in "Overview" section below... Other things to note Linen Notes: We have multiple options on supplying linens - please inquire for details. The default arrangement is that we provide mattress pads, pillows, blankets and comforters and our guests provide sheets, pillow cases and towels. You will have a washer and dryer in your home that you are welcome to use. In the event that you would like us to provide sheets, pillow cases and towels, we would be happy to do so but there would be an additional charge - please inquire for details. Parking:  Rental Guest shall limit vehicle parking to one (1) motor vehicle parking space (not to include a recreational or oversized vehicle) for each bedroom as shown in the property assessment records of the Town with all off street parking available to the rental property utilized first.   At Bear Trap Dunes, in addition to parking available at the home, there are also additional parking locations available ( including the large parking lot next to the Bear Trap Dunes Pavilion) which do not have assigned parking spots and are available for Rental Guests to use. Prohibited Vehicles:  Campers, boats, trailers or other oversized vehicles are not permitted. Recreational passes are needed to use the resort amenities. Costs range from $25 - $50 per week per pass depending on the season. You don`t have to purchase any passes if you don`t want to, children under 4 don`t need a pass, you can share passes so you only need to purchase based on the MAX number of people in your group over 4 years old who`ll be using the resort amenities at the same time.
