This bright 3-bedroom, 2-baths holiday home offers stunning views of the Port and all the comforts of home. It sleeps up to 6 guests and features a spacious terrace with sea canal views—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The space Parking: The apartment does not have a private parking space. Free street parking is available in the surrounding area, subject to availability. Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is open only during the summer season, from June 20th to September 9th. Please note that the pool is closed daily from 15:00 to 17:00 to respect the neighbours’ siesta time. Other things to note Strictly no parties or loud music are permitted in the apartment at any time. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during evening and nighttime hours. Parking: Free parking is available on the surrounding streets. During summer weekends, finding a spot nearby may be a little more challenging, but there is usually parking available within a reasonable distance. If needed, you can also park at the Alcampo Hypermarket, which is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment. If you park far from the apartment and need to carry bags, you can use one of the Alcampo shopping carts that are usually scattered around the area. Just please make sure to leave the cart in a place where it does not block any entrances, exits, or walkways afterward.
