The space The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely renovated with modern upgrades and contemporary finishes. While the lower level has an open style family room and flat screen TV, upper level contains the kitchen, cozy living room area, flat screen TV, and two bedrooms. Take the artistic winding staircase to the upper loft which offers another bedroom. This three bedroom, two bath condo is sure to provide the relaxation you are seeking. *Please note golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver’s license to operate. Other things to note * Please inquire with us prior to booking for stays greater than 90 days *Fireplace is for decoration only* *Grills are no longer allowed* *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. *Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost. *Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home. *If you have any pet or environmental allergies/health issues please contact us as soon as possible to discuss further before booking. **Please note that the condo next door is undergoing a renovation, so there can be construction noise heard from inside the unit** *The fireplace in the living room is non-functional **Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! We strive for a 5 star stay! *Please note that we require the names of all guests in your party. *Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in incur an additional $100 fee. Once located, returns may take up to 4 weeks. **“Please note that the Abbey Springs Yacht Club may be closed during your stay due to a planned reconstruction project expected to continue through 2026. During this time, the Yacht Club and waterfront food and beverage services will not be available for guest use. All other Abbey Springs amenities including the beachfront, pools, golf course, and recreational facilities will remain open and accessible. As the Yacht Club is located near the beachfront, guests using that area may see and hear construction activity.”
