While the lower level has an open style family room and flat screen TV, upper level contains the kitchen, cozy living room area, flat screen TV, and two bedrooms. Take the artistic winding staircase to the upper loft which offers another bedroom. This three bedroom, two bath condo is sure to provide the relaxation you are seeking. *Please note golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver’s license to operate. Other things to note * Please inquire with us prior to booking for stays greater than 90 days *Fireplace is for decoration only* *Grills are no longer allowed* *Please note: After your reservation is confirmed through Airbnb, we will request your email address and send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement is required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions. *Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost. *Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home. *Guest Pass Policy: Guest passes are non-transferable. If you wish to switch a pass to a different guest during your stay, the exchange must be completed at the guard house. The original pass must be turned in, and a new pass will be issued to the new guest. *If you have any pet or environmental allergies/health issues please contact us as soon as possible to discuss further before booking. *The fireplace in the living room is non-functional **Please keep in mind, all toiletry and startup supplies are meant to last 2-3 days. If your stay is longer, you may need to purchase more. We want to make sure you are as satisfied as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us!
