Welcome to Lakeside Park Cottages, where your perfect getaway awaits! Located in the heart of Kawartha Lakes, in the charming town of Coboconk. A beautiful area and small-town atmosphere, making it the perfect destination for a tranquil getaway. Immerse yourself in nature and take advantage of the shared resort amenities, including a spacious waterfront area with a beach, canoes, kayaks, and even a thrilling water trampoline! The space This cottage is conveniently positioned in front of the shared lake and beach area, giving you a great view of the lake! Please note that as the cottage is strategically located, there may be other guests at the lake and beach area since it is shared. We want to emphasize that this cottage is in a resort area! Meaning there are surrounding cottages around. Guest access As part of the shared lake area you can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, water peddling and more! Feel free to peruse our guestbook for recommendations on fun activities, local restaurants, grocery stores, laundromats, and more! Other things to note Check-In & Check-Out Check-In: 4:00 PM Check-Out: 10:00 AM • Early check-in or late check-out is not available for one-night bookings • For longer stays, flexibility may be offered depending on availability ($50/hour fee) → Please contact us in advance if you’d like to request this service PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN DRINKING WATER Tap water is not potable ⸻ Parking • Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles per cottage • Additional parking may be available for a fee, please ask in advance • Be mindful of space and avoid blocking shared paths or driveways ⸻ Kayaks & Lake Access • Each cottage includes access to two kayaks to ensure fair use for all guests • The lake is safe for swimming, starting off shallow and sandy • Life jackets are provided ⸻ Noise & Music • Please keep noise and music to a minimum after 10:00 PM out of respect for neighboring guests and families ⸻ Towels • We provide a few hand towels, but guests must bring their own body/bath towels for showering and other personal use ⸻ Cooking Supplies • Cooking oil is not provided, please bring your own if needed ⸻ Drinking Water & Ice • The cottage does not have potable tap water • Please bring your own bottled water or filled water containers • Ice is not provided, we recommend bringing a supply if needed for drinks, coolers, or food storage ⸻ Pets • Well-behaved, house-trained pets are welcome for a small pet fee • Please keep pets within your designated cottage area or on a leash if exploring the grounds • Owners are responsible for any pet-related damage or extra cleaning fees ⸻ [Disclaimer & Liability Waiver Use of any water equipment (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, etc.), swings, fire pit, beach, or any other on-site or water activities is at your own risk. The owners/hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages to you, your children, or your guests while on the property. While we maintain a high standard of cleanliness and take preventative measures, occasional encounters with small outdoor critters can happen, this is part of true cottage life in nature.
