The space The Raesborre Loft is a spacious accommodation that can lodge up to 10 people in full comfort. A fully private and independent part of a large villa (60% of it, the remainder houses your hosts :) You'll enter through your own private entrance into a large hall that gives access to downstairs toilet and the main dining area. A large multi-functional room suitable for gatherings, dinners and meetings. Includes audio-video equipment, tables, chairs and a fireplace. Large windows for a lot of light, great views of the garden park and your own terrace. On the first floor you'll find your very own private billiards room with library and seating. Flanked by a bathroom with washer, dryer and small private sauna. Up the stairs you'll pass the private bedroom with large double bed and a reading nook, going into the Loft itself. The Loft is the full top floor of the villa with a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, multi-functional living/dining room and the main shared bedroom with 2 large double beds and 4 single beds. Both sides of the Loft have opening windows and it has air-conditioning. The domain has a large private parking space for 30 cars and a large garden park (these are shared with the other unit Raesborre Cottage and the hosts, if you're interested in reserving these for yourself, please contact us for more information). The Mansion loft is a spacious accommodation that can accommodate up to 10 people. A meeting room is located on the ground floor, The billiard room is on the first floor and the kitchen with bedrooms and other facilities are located on the third floor. Guest access The Raesborre Loft is fully private and an independent part of a large villa (60% of it, the remainder houses your hosts :) Access to the Loft is only granted to the renters, no-one else will have access to your space. The large private parking space for 30 cars and large garden park are shared. Other things to note Please note that live music/bands and DJ equipment are not allowed to be used, unless previously agreed.
