Perfect if you are planning to visit the natural area of The Ebro Delta,the amusement park Port Aventura, the natural park of Ports of Beseit and beautiful cities such as Barcelona, Valencia and Tarragona. The space Casa Carmen is a beautiful villa, with a total of 300 m2, ideal to spend a few days with family or friends, since it has very large spaces so that everyone can be comfortable and comfortable. It has a large living room with a huge and very comfortable sofa, with a 65'' TV that has Netflix. In total there are 5 double rooms with high-end mattresses from the Sonpura brand and a private bathroom, a children's room also with a private bathroom for the little ones to have a great time, In the kitchen there is everything you need, a coffee machine with dolce gusto capsules, microwave, blender, juicer, oven, induction hob, kitchen utensils, pots and pans. There is also an American refrigerator with a water, ice and crushed ice dispenser, outside there is also a barbecue with everything you need, firewood, grills... The outdoor area is composed of a terrace with very relaxing views, in which there is a large table to eat and several hammocks. It also has a fenced garden area with more than 500 m2, in which there is a swimming pool with a shallower children's area for children. The villa is located on the outskirts of town, but close to the urban center, with shops, bars, restaurants... it is within a private estate of 15,000 m2, in a very quiet area, with private parking. It is a 5-minute drive from the beach. There are also animals on the farm (chickens, peacocks, donkeys, kids...) so that the little ones can play and experiment. The house has air conditioning throughout the house. Other things to note Events, parties, and the use of powerful loudspeakers are not permitted. Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect their need for quiet. For the 16th guest onwards, an additional charge of €20 per person, per night, applies. We are flexible with check-in and check-out times, provided they do not conflict with other bookings. If availability allows, you may check in from 12:00 PM and check out after lunch.
