NEWLY REFRESHED | POOL + FITNESS CENTER Thoughtfully refreshed two-bedroom apartment in a new, well-appointed community featuring a pool, fitness center, and walking trails. Enjoy a bright, clean, and spacious 1,150 sq ft layout designed for comfort and ease. Conveniently located near I-40 and Hwy 111, with a quick 5–7 minute drive to downtown Cookeville. The space Enjoy a thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, two-bath suite featuring open-concept living with curated furnishings and aesthetic décor. The community offers a resort-style pool and fitness center located in the clubhouse, along with convenient open parking directly in front of the building. Guest access Guests have full, unlimited access to the on-site pool and fitness center, as well as exclusive access to the entire private suite. Please note that we do not have access to community mailboxes. If mail delivery is needed during your stay, we recommend setting up a P.O. Box at the local post office. Other things to note This suite is located on the third floor, and guests should expect to walk up stairs daily. To help keep rates affordable, we provide a starter supply of essentials, including laundry and dishwasher pods, toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and 2–3 Keurig pods (if applicable). We generally provide one towel and one washcloth per guest. Should you need additional supplies during your stay, we’re happy to direct you to the nearest convenience or grocery store.
