In the apartment you will find all the amenities on almost 70 square meters to enjoy your vacation with us. The cozy bedroom is furnished with a 1.60 x 2.00 m double bed, a travel bed for children 1.20 x 0.60 m, 2 reading lamps, a wardrobe, a reading chair and a small side table. The spacious living room has a cozy sleeping area with a French bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), two reading lamps, a closet, a shelf, a hanging bag for children, a TV corner with a cozy sofa, floor lamp, satellite TV, DVD player, a spacious work and dining table, free Internet via 100 Mbit Wi-Fi with 24/7 access. New: We have built a gallery above the dining table, which invites you to linger and chill with a sofa bed and rocking chair. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric whisk, egg cooker, mineral water bubbler, coffee maker, espresso maker, milk frother, toaster, baking utensils and kettle and many spices. The spacious shower room is comfortably designed with shower, toilet, sink, laundry basket, drying rack, shelf, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and underfloor heating. On the private terrace directly in front of the apartment you will find a dining table with 5 chairs, a parasol with two sun loungers and a kettle grill. Our carport is very spacious and is ideal as a safe parking space for bicycles, surfing and kite equipment. You can dry your laundry or swimwear on the clothesline. On request, we will gladly provide you with 5 bicycles free of charge. In our 3000 m² garden with the beautiful walnut tree you will surely feel comfortable! There is plenty to discover for all ages. In the two hammocks you can read, drink coffee, play under the walnut tree. Those who are brave will surely take the opportunity to look into the breathtaking night sky from the hammock at night, listen to the eagle-owl, watch bats and deer, enjoy the clear air, slowly fall asleep, dream of the beautiful things in life and let the voices of the birds wake you up and watch the sunrise. The mighty beams in the living room also allow an adventure night in your own four walls. If you want to relax, you can do so for a fee of €25.00 per day in our hobbit sauna for 4-6 people, which is operated with a cozy wood-burning stove. Behind the sauna you will find a shower to cool off. Your little treasures are welcome to use the trampoline, the sandpit with tractor and trailer, the slackline, the ping-pong table and the playhouse with slide at their own risk. For the little ones to chill out, our hanging cave invites you to gently swing between the kitchen and dining room table. Snorkels and fins are ready for your Baltic Sea visit. Depending on the season, cherries, plums, apples, raspberries, gooseberries, blackberries, hazelnuts and walnuts, fresh peppermint and herbs are available to be picked and eaten. If you want, you can watch the bees from a safe distance or simply relax on one of the benches and do nothing. If you come with your electric car, that's no problem. You can charge at the charging station right by the house for a small fee. The laundry can be handed over in the evening in a basket with washing instructions to our cleaning fairy Sabine Simon and picked up again the next morning until 10 am from the housekeeper freshly washed. If you need it quickly, the laundry can also be dried in the dryer. We want to make a small contribution to sustainable tourism. We obtain our electricity from our own photovoltaic system including electricity storage or green electricity provider. The measure is supplemented by a heat pump and solar thermal system. We do not use any pesticides in the garden. Since 2022, we have been a cooperation partner for more sustainable tourism in the Baltic Sea holiday country, which the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT of Schleswig-Holstein has initiated under the name "Holidays for the Sea". Within walking distance in the village there are two restaurants, a pizza take-away, a bakery with café, a post office, two supermarkets, a wine shop, a hairdresser, a snack bar, a car workshop and a pharmacy for your personal well-being. A general practitioner is in the front house in the mornings and on Mondays and Thursdays in the afternoon. Toilet paper, dish towels, cleaning agents and kitchen paper are provided by us. We clean the apartment for you according to hygiene management. We ask you to leave the apartment in a tidy condition. A vacuum cleaner and mop are available for this. The only thing missing is you!
