As parking within Salcombe is limited and to ensure access to emergency vehicles please provide the Salcombe office with the vehicle registration of the car you will be bringing with you. Should you have any need for electric car charging while at the property please enquire as there will be an additional charge.The private mooring is available for one boat up to 17ft in length - The pontoon is accessed alongside NO 10 and you will find a private residents only gate. The pontoon has a number corresponding to each property. You do not have to enter other properties outside spaces to access the pontoon.Strictly No Smoking
